Article 1 of the (Continental Free Trade Area) Agreement, cites both annexes and appendices as an instrument attached to a Protocol and Article 8 also confirms that it is an integral part of the Agreement.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The framework below provides a list of Annexes for the Protocol on Trade in Services as defined in Article 28 of the Protocol.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:image {\"id\":1623,\"width\":811,\"height\":448,\"sizeSlug\":\"large\",\"linkDestination\":\"none\"} --><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-1623\" src=\"https:\/\/panafreeka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/PNG-New-Ayo-1-1024x566.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"811\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/panafreeka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/PNG-New-Ayo-1-1024x566.png 1024w, https:\/\/panafreeka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/PNG-New-Ayo-1-300x166.png 300w, https:\/\/panafreeka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/PNG-New-Ayo-1-768x424.png 768w, https:\/\/panafreeka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/PNG-New-Ayo-1.png 1356w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 811px) 100vw, 811px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><!-- \/wp:image --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 28 (paragraph 1)<\/strong> goes on to say that \u201cMember States <strong>may develop<\/strong> the above annexes for the implementation of the protocol.\u00a0 In other words, at the time of writing this, the Protocol on Trade in Services Annexes was just listed. The details of the Annexes may therefore be developed, adopted (by the Assembly) and published in future.
