For us, research means information gathering and in a business context, information gathering allows interested parties to access the knowledge that they require to factor into their organisational decision making and/or operations.
We provide a range of information gathering services. Our services are typically informed by a business brief from the client which generally allows us to pre-determine the issue they are trying to address. The brief further allows us to contextualise and tailor-make any information-gathering request to suit the client’s issues by making sure that the interpretation of the information gathered is detailed enough to contribute to their organisational decision making.
